Shell Brands International AG ("Shell") and Wafi Energy Company LLC (“Wafi”) signed an agreement to be the sole representative of the Shell brand for fuel stations in Saudi Arabia.
Wafi Energy Company LLC (Wafi) is currently an established Saudi energy company specialized in the management and operation of fuel stations currently operating service stations in Saudi Arabia. Wafi is a wholly owned affiliate of Asyad Holding Group.
In 2022, Shell Brands International AG ("Shell") and Wafi Energy Company LLC (“Wafi”) signed an agreement to be the sole representative of the Shell brand for fuel stations in Saudi Arabia where Shell products and services will be provided by Wafi Energy Company LLC (a licensee of the Shell brand).

Shell is the world's largest mobility retailer, with more than 46,000 stations in over 80 markets serving around 32 million customers each day.
This partnership with Shell will represent something new for the service station experience in Saudi Arabia, not only for energy solutions but other non-fuel services too.
